Investigation into the recovery of product lost in spray drier plant


- Quantifying the amount of product lost into atmosphere.

- Developing a solution for this problem.
- Commissioning of the solution to this problem (installing a Roto-clone to prevent that loss).

Removal of organic material from the effulent stream by Ultrafiltration membrane


PRACTICALITY : can successful split of organic and inorganic fractions be achieved using this technology.
OPERATING EFFECIENCY : Determining typical split between inorganic and organic fractions for the different products produced.
